3. Damagecausedbyleakyor brokenwaterpipes,frozenwaterpipes,restricted
drainlines,inadequateor interruptedwatersupplyor inadequatesupplyofair.
4. DamageresultingfromoperatingtheProductina corrosiveatmosphereor
contraryto theinstructionsoutlinedinthe Productowner'smanual.
5. Damageto theProductcausedbyaccidents,pestsandvermin,lightning,wind,
fire,floods,oractsof God.
6. Damageresultingfromthemisuse,abuse,improperinstallation,repair,or
maintenanceofthe Product.Improperrepairincludesuseof partsnotapproved
orspecifiedby LGCanada.
7. Damageorproductfailurecausedby unauthorizedmodificationoralteration,or
useforotherthan itsintendedpurpose,orresultingfromanywaterleakagedue
toimproperinstallation.
8. Damageor Productfailurecausedbyincorrectelectricalcurrent,voltage,or
plumbingcodes,commercialorindustrialuse,oruseof accessories,
components,orcleaningproductsthatare notapprovedbyLG Canada.
9. Damagecausedbytransportationand handling,includingscratches,dents,
chips,and/orotherdamagetothefinishof yourproduct,unlesssuchdamage
resultsfromdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipandis reportedwithinone(1)
weekofdelivery.
10.Damageormissingitemstoanydisplay,openbox,discounted,orrefurbished
Product.
11.Productswithoriginalserialnumbersthathavebeenremoved,altered,orcannot
bereadilydetermined.ModelandSerialnumbers,alongwithoriginalretailsales
receipt,are requiredforwarrantyvalidation.
12.increasesinutilitycostsandadditionalutilityexpenses.
13.Replacementoflightbulbs,filters,or anyconsumableparts.
14.RepairswhenyourProductis usedinotherthan normalandusualhousehold
use(including,withoutlimitation,commercialuse,inofficesor recreational
facilities)orcontrarytothe instructionsoutlinedintheProductowner'smanual.
15.Costsassociatedwithremovalof the Productfromyourhomefor repairs.
16.Theremovaland reinstallationof the Productifit isinstalledinaninaccessible
locationorisnotinstalledin accordancewithpublishedinstallationinstructions,
includingthe Productowner'sandinstallationmanuals.
17.Shelves,doorbins,drawers,handles,andaccessoriestotheProduct.Also
excludedare partsbesidesthosethatwereoriginallyincludedwiththe Product.
All costs associated with the above excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.
