  If your LG Air Conditioner isn't working, first, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet. Check for a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker and replace the fuse or reset the breaker if necessary. If there was a power failure, wait 3 minutes after power is restored before turning the unit back on. Verify the batteries in the remote controller are correctly inserted with the proper terminals (+) and (-) or replace them with new ones. Also, check if the air conditioner turned off automatically at a preset time and press the power button.

  When the LG Air Conditioner is in heating mode, this is normal operation for the unit. During start-up, the unit is preparing warm air. If the outdoor unit is in defrost mode because ice or frost has built up on the coils, wait until this operation is completed, which takes approximately 15 minutes. Note that if the outdoor temperature is too low, the heating capacity of the unit may not be sufficient to effectively warm the air.
