Usage Features:

  • Clock Setting: The unit allows setting a 12-hour or 24-hour clock cycle.

Maintenance Features:

  • Safety Precautions: Avoid using volatile liquids or leaving rubber/plastic products on the unit's surface.
  • Cleaning the Unit: Use a soft, dry cloth for the cabinet; for very dirty surfaces, use a soft cloth lightly moistened with a mild detergent solution. Avoid strong solvents.
  • Disc Handling: Do not touch the playback side, hold by the edges, and avoid sticking paper or tape. Store discs in their cases away from direct sunlight or heat. Clean discs with a clean cloth from the center out.
  • Remote Control Battery Installation: Insert two R03 (size AAA) batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types.
  • Tape Maintenance: Remove safety tabs on cassettes to prevent accidental erasure. To record again, cover the tab hole with adhesive tape.
  • Antenna Connections: Connect supplied FM/AM antennas. Keep the AM loop antenna away from the unit and other components to prevent noise. Fully extend and keep the FM wire antenna as horizontal as possible.
  • Troubleshooting Guide: Provides solutions for common issues such as no power, no sound, unit not starting playback, or remote control not working properly. This includes checking power cords, audio cables, disc/tape insertion, disc cleanliness, remote control aiming, distance, and battery replacement.
