Quick Defrost Guide
• Use this function to defrost minced meat quickly.
• Remove the meat completely from its wrapping. Place the meat onto a microwave-safe plate.
• When beeps sounds, remove the meat from the microwave oven, turn it over and return it to the microwave oven.
• Press start to continue. At the end of the program remove the meat from the microwave oven, cover with foil and allow to stand for 5-15 minutes or until
completely thawed.

After defrosting, cover with aluminum foil, let stand for 5-15 minutes.
