1 Touch >System settings>
StoragefromtheDEVICEtabtocheck
outthestoragemedia.(Ifyouwantto

insertamemorycardintothephone.)
2 ConnectthephonetoyourPCusingthe
USBcable.
3 TheUSBconnectionmodelistwill
appear;selecttheMedia sync (MTP)
option.
4 Opentheremovablememoryfolderon
yourPC.Youcanviewthemassstorage
contentonyourPCandtransferthefiles.
5 CopythefilesfromyourPCtothedrive
folder.
6 Selectthechargeonlyoptionto
disconnectthephone.

internalantenna.Becarefulnottoscratchor
damagethebackofthephone,asthismay
affectperformance.
Whilemaking/receivingcallsorsending/
receivingdata,avoidholdingthelowerpart
ofthephonewheretheantennaislocated.
Doingsomayaffectcallquality.
11. When the screen freezes
If the screen freezes or the phone does
not respond when you try to operate it:
Removethebattery,reinsertit,thenturnthe
phoneon.
OR
PressandholdthePower/Lockkeyfor
10secondstoturnitoff.
Ifitstilldoesnotwork,pleasecontactthe
servicecentre.
