Replace IC301 or IC701.
1-4-1-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Please check IC301(Pin71, 74 and 69, 70) or IC701(Pin5, 6 and 14, 15).
PWM signal output (or input)
2) If you cannot find PWM signal, replace IC301.
If you can find signal PWM, replace IC701.
