Turning off the Demo Mode
Issue Solution
The remote
control does not
work
• Does the functions unchanged, even if you press the Function
button several
times?
• Do you only see white, red, and green LEDs repeatedly?
- The demo mode may be activated on the product. Unplug the product's power cable
and plug it back in.
- If the remote control still does not work, press and hold the Function
button on
the sound bar for about 5 seconds. If the product works normally, it means that the
demo mode has been turned off.
