Why do 3D images look overlapped on my LG TM2792S?

Why does my LG LCD TV screen look like oil when off?
The swirling oil-like pattern you see on your LG LCD TV when it's turned off is caused by the interference of external light in the air layer between the LCD surface and 3D filter. The pattern becomes almost invisible when you turn the power on again.
