Also, check the power cable connection and press the power button. Verify that the connected input is enabled via Settings > Input. If the issue persists, the signals transferred from your PC (graphics card) might be outside the monitor's recommended horizontal or vertical frequency range. Refer to the Product Specification section of this manual to set the appropriate frequency. Finally, check the signal cable between the PC and the monitor and reconnect it if necessary. It's also recommended to have at least Windows OS version 10 installed.

  If there is no sound from the headphone port on your LG Monitor, ensure that the headphone port connections are made properly. Try increasing the volume using the joystick. Also, set the audio output of your PC to the monitor you are using. (The settings may differ depending on the operating system (OS) you use.) Please note that this model doesn't support an internal speaker.

  If your LG Monitor's screen display is unstable and shaky, or if images displayed leave shadow trails, it could be due to the selected resolution being HDMI 1080i 60/50 Hz (interlaced). If this is the case, change the resolution to 1080p or the recommended resolution. Also, ensure that your graphics card is set to the recommended (optimal) resolution, as not doing so may result in blurred text, a dimmed screen, a truncated display area, or misalignment of the display. The setting methods may vary depending on your computer or operating system.
