Why is my LG WDC1409HCW Washer taking so long?
    • A
      amyelliottSep 5, 2025
If the wash cycle time on your LG Washer is delayed, it is normal if an imbalance is detected or if the suds removing feature operates, as this will increase the wash time. The time remaining shown in the display is only an estimate, and the actual time may vary.

What to do for dry problem with my LG WDC1409HCW Washer?
    • E
      elizabethmillerSep 18, 2025
Do not overload. Check that the washing machine is draining properly to extract adequate water from the load. Clothes load is too small to tumble properly. Add a few towels. If supply/drain hose or drain pump frozen, supply warm water into the drum and unfreeze drain hose and drain pump. Wet a towel in warm water and apply to supply hose.

      andrewsgeraldSep 15, 2025
If softener is dispensed too early in your LG Washer, it may be because too much softener was used. Follow the guidelines provided by the detergent manufacturer, close the dispenser drawer slowly, and do not open the drawer during the wash cycle.

Why are clothes strong-wrinkled after drying in my LG WDC1409HCW?
    • C
      Casey Nguyen Jr.Sep 13, 2025
If clothes are strongly wrinkled after drying in your LG Washer, it may be because they are over-dried, so select a suitable drying course. Also, remove laundry from the drum as soon as possible after the cycle ends, as leaving clothes in the drum for a long time after drying can cause wrinkles.
