Also, make sure the drain hose isn't folded, clogged, or frozen. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the drain motor might be faulty, or the WHITE(WH) 2 pin connector to the P.W.B ASM may have a bad connection, requiring you to replace the drain motor or correct the connector contact.

Similarly, inspect the Yellow(YL) 2 pin connector for good contact with the P.W.B ASM and correct if necessary.
