3. Solution
- For customers washer service complaints, the SVC tech. should upgrade display PCB
Software. You must confirm the serial number of product.
If the product is made before 2011. Nov., you will have to update the display PCB Software.
- Only apply S/W update to the product with below serial No. (104 1 is year, 2011, 04 is month)
1. We have to check Display PGM version because the program of WT5101, 5001 has changed.
- To verify the S/W version, enter Test mode.
To Enter Test mode : Power + Wash /Rinse+ Soil Level (Push those buttons at the same time)
Then push START button,
Pushing START button the first time, display window shows “T1” and “Main version” display .
Pushing the START button again will display, “T2” and “Display version”.

2. After Updating the following information (S/W version) appears on the display in the test mode.

3. If you do not have PCB JIG,
you may replace old version of Display PCB with new version of Display PCB.
※ Refer to Appendix page about “Flow chart for S/W update”
※ Although SVC Tech. replace Display PCB, he should input special code “RK”.
