2.0 FORMAT YOUR HARD DRIVE (Windows)

For an un-partitioned or un-formatted new
drive, it normally does not automatically
appearin“MyComputer”forthefirsttime.
Please follow these steps:
Windows2000/XP/VISTA/7
•Rightclickon“MyComputer”andchoose
“Manage” from the drop-down list.
 Awindowtitled“ComputerManagement”
will appear.
•Clickonthe“DiskManagement”.
 Allconnecteddiskdriveswillbedisplayed
in the window. Locate your new drive, right
 clickonittoinitializeyourdrive,create,
delete or format an existing partition.

Goto“MyComputer”,locatetheremovable
disk,rightclickonit,andselect“Format”from
the drop-down list, follow the instructions to
complete the formatting process.
