If your LifeCore Fitness Elliptical Trainer isn't getting power, start by checking if the AC adapter is correctly plugged into both the surge protector and the machine itself. Make sure the surge protector is switched on. You can also test the surge protector with other devices to ensure it's working. Inspect the AC adapter's wire for any signs of damage. If you're setting up the unit for the first time, verify that the computer wire isn't pinched or disconnected from the plastic connector. For units that have been in use, try unplugging and reconnecting the computer wire. If none of these steps work, the computer console or AC adapter might need a replacement.
