How to troubleshoot power issues on LifeFitness Exercise Bike?
    • D
      douglasbrooksAug 15, 2025
If your LifeFitness Exercise Bike has no power, ensure the power cord is fully plugged into both the back of the bike and the wall socket. Also, confirm the power cord is correctly seated in the back of the product. It is possible that the bike is in “Energy Saver Mode”. Press the “Energy Saver” button to check if the console turns on. Check all customer assembly connections to ensure they are working properly. Unplug and re-plug each connection to verify, and check for any cables pinched during assembly.

Why is the wireless heart rate not working on my LifeFitness RECUMBENT LIFECYCLE RS3?
    • A
      Alexander BennettAug 19, 2025
If the wireless heart rate function on your LifeFitness Exercise Bike isn't working, first check the Settings Menu to ensure that WIRELESS HR is turned ON. Poor contact between the telemetry heart rate strap and your skin can also cause issues. Electrical interference from appliances or fluorescent lights might interfere with the telemetry heart rate strap; try moving the bike or appliances. Finally, the battery in the Heart Rate Telemetry Strap (CR2032 - 3V) may need replacing.

What to do if contact heart rate sensors are not reading correctly on LifeFitness RECUMBENT LIFECYCLE RS3 Exercise Bike?
    • N
      Natalie HarrisAug 22, 2025
If the contact heart rate sensors on your LifeFitness Exercise Bike are not reading correctly, make sure you grasp the sensors firmly and keep your hands still. If the reading seems unusually high or low, remove your hands until the heart rate disappears. To improve contact, dry your hands to prevent slipping, apply both hands to all four sensors, grasp firmly, apply constant pressure, and allow extra time for the heart rate to display.

Why does the seat wobble on my LifeFitness RECUMBENT LIFECYCLE RS3 Exercise Bike and how to fix it?
    • R
      Rebecca HarrisSep 4, 2025
If the seat wobbles on your LifeFitness Exercise Bike, the seat carriage can be adjusted. If the seat does not slide freely, or rocks excessively, use a wrench to loosen the jam nut on either side of the seat carriage. To correct excessive rocking, tighten the adjustment roller on the inside of the carriage until snug, but do not overtighten, then tighten the lock nut while holding the roller in place. Repeat on the other side. If the seat does not slide freely, loosen the adjustment roller until it can move freely, but do not excessively loosen, then tighten the lock nut while holding the roller in place. Repeat on the other side.

Tighten each strap by pulling it opposite the clip loop direction, tension all straps as needed, and then reinstall the seat cover.
