CAUTION
To reduce the risk of minor or moderate injury:
• Do not use PEMF frequencies over 2 Hz in the head area.
• Do not wear metal or magnetic accessories, such as snaps, buttons,
zippers, belts, or jewelry.
• Do not use ointments or other products containing free ions of
magnetizable metals.
• Do not use ointments, salves, liniments, balms, or other topical pain-
relievers that contain ingredients that produce heat (such as capsaicin)
before using the mat, as this may result in burns.
• Do not stop your other pain-relief treatments (especially any prescribed
medication) abruptly when you begin PEMF/FIR therapy—even when you
begin to feel results. If you feel significant improvement after 3–4 weeks
of treatment, discuss future pain management options with your doctor or
therapist.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
WARNING! Do not allow water or other liquids to come into contact with
the product. Do not immerse in water or other liquids.
• Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe any dirt or moisture from the product
after each use. As needed, you may use an antibacterial wipe, or add a drop
of tea tree oil or a small amount of mild soap to the damp cloth. Allow to
dry completely before using again.
• Do not wash the product in a washing machine.
• Do not use abrasive, corrosive, solvent, or chemical cleaners or harsh
detergents to clean the product.
• Store in a cool, dry, indoor location.
• Do not store in direct sunlight, in a high-temperature or high-moisture
environment, or near heat sources.
NOTICE
• The product is intended for in-home use only. Do not use the product in any
commercial, rental, institutional, or therapeutic setting.
• Dispose of the product and all parts according to local and federal regulations.
• Keep sharp objects away from the product to avoid damaging it.
• Do not use the mat directly on leather surfaces. Completely cover leather surfaces
with a large towel or blanket before placing the mat on top.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Quickly troubleshoot simple issues you might experience with the InfraZen
Far Infrared PEMF Mat using the table below.
Please contact a customer support representative for additional assistance
at: support@lifeprofitness.com or (800) 563-6604. Please do not attempt
to repair the device.
