Usage Features:

Operating Instructions:
- Charging the SonicPlus: Ensure the unit is off. Connect the AC adapter to the charging port at the bottom of the handle and plug into a wall outlet. Charge fully (2-3 hours for subsequent charges, up to 3 hours for first use). The digital power display shows battery level, "100%" indicates full charge. Charge before it drops below 25%.
- Charging the Heated Tip Attachment: Ensure the heated tip is off. Plug the USB-C cable into the heated tip's port and the input end into a 5V 2A/1A charging adapter or laptop USB port. Red LED flashes during charging, green LED lights up when fully charged. Green LED during use means full battery and heat is on; red LED means low battery.
- Inserting a Massage Attachment: Ensure the SonicPlus is off and charged. Select an attachment, insert its stem into the nozzle, and press firmly to secure.
- Using Your SonicPlus:
- Slide the Power switch to ON.
- Tap the Mode/Speed button to turn on vibration (Standard Mode, speed 1 is default).
- In Standard Mode, tap the Mode/Speed button to cycle through 5 speed levels. Speed is indicated by 5 Speed Indicator LEDs.
- Press and hold the Mode/Speed button for two seconds to switch to Auto Mode (Fade-out vibration is default).
- In Auto Mode, tap the Mode/Speed button to cycle through 3 auto mode programs (Crescendo, Wave, Fade-out). Program is indicated by 3 Auto Mode Indicator LEDs.
- Float the massage head along muscle groups, applying pressure as needed.
- Slide the Power switch to OFF after use. The unit automatically powers off after 10 minutes.
- Removing and Replacing an Attachment: Slide the Power switch to OFF. Pull out the inserted attachment firmly. Insert the stem of a new attachment and press firmly to secure.
- Using the Heated Tip Attachment: Ensure the SonicPlus is OFF. Insert the heated tip. Press and hold the On/Off button on the underside of the heated tip to turn heat on (green LED lights up). It takes a few minutes to reach 131° F. Slide the Power switch to ON, select desired speed, and float the head along muscle groups. Avoid prolonged use in one area to prevent burns. If too hot, place a towel or cloth between skin and head, or turn off for 5 minutes to cool. Slide Power switch to OFF and press/hold On/Off button on heated tip to turn heat off.
Tips for Using Your SonicPlus:
- Move the SonicPlus over desired muscle groups for about 60 seconds per region.
- Apply pressure as needed, but avoid pressing very hard; the vibrations do the work.
- Use for 15-20 minutes, up to 3 times daily.
- Avoid prolonged use in any one area with heated or metal attachments to prevent skin burns.
- Check treated areas frequently; stop immediately at the first sign of pain or discomfort.
- Avoid keeping the massage head in one area for more than 3 minutes to prevent tissue trauma.
- Unit automatically shuts off after 10 minutes.
- Use only on dry, clean clothing or skin.
- Recommended for use over clothing (e.g., athletic wear).
Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning: Turn off, unplug, and allow the SonicPlus to cool. Wipe down with a soft cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive, solvent, or chemical cleaners. Do not allow water or other liquids to contact the unit.
