Main Hardware (1024989) includes various bolts, nuts, and spacers.
Base Hardware (1003546) includes specific fasteners for the base assembly.
Keep hardware bags separate. Test fit bolts and scrape excess coating if needed.
Strike pole ends firmly 5-6 times on wood/cardboard to seat sections. Ensure slots are covered.
Attach Backboard and Rim to Extension Arms (AE) with bolts (MH) and nuts (MG).
Fill the Base with 362 lb. of sand through the top hole until just below it.
Fill the Base with water through the top hole until just below it. Add bleach.
WARNING: System must be moved by capable people. Adjust to lowest position before moving.
Check hardware, wear, and corrosion. Remove rust and repaint. Replace rusted parts.
Warnings on rim hanging, player face position, mouth guards, and jewelry use.
Precautions for base filling, surface contact, and avoiding corrosion from organic materials.
