Double-click START/STOP in Time Mode to manually manage sleep tracking.
Wear snugly; use soft finger pads on VIEW for accurate readings.
Navigate to Hourly Display by pressing MODE from Time Mode.
Visualizes daily activity levels with a scaled 24-hour bar graph.
Press MODE from Time Mode to reach the Weekly Display.
Displays data for the past 7 days using scaled bar charts.
Press MODE repeatedly from Time Mode until Workout is displayed.
