No function Check the network connection as well as its fuse.
No response in DMX mode
Check if the cables are properly connected.
If available, try an alternative DMX controller.
No response from remote control
Change the battery in your remote control.
Make sure the IR transmitter and receiver are in
close and clear distance.
Cleaning:
Cleaning the device regularly from dirt and spoilage increases the durability of the product.
Always disconnect the device from the mains while cleaning.
The optical Lenses should be cleaned using a dry microfiber cloth. This also optimizes the light output.
Never clean the device wet! Ventilation grille and openings should always be free of dust and grime.
Compressed air sprays are ideal for cleaning the dust.
