Sleep mode Display shows SLP. Press ɼɾ for sleep mode time between 5
and 60 minutes.
For manual off, set less time than 5 minutes.
Frequency Display shows LINE. Select with ɼɾ 50 Hz or 60Hz.
Time Display shows S-T. Press ENTER for toggle between
minutes:second (m:s) or hour:minutes (h:m). Set correct time
withɼ
ɾ.
Temperature compensation Display shows NTC. Press ɼɾ to select on or off.
Operation
Measuring Select a suitable probe depending of measurement a solid surface,
liquid material, gas, or other kind of material.
Turn on the instrument.
Plug in the probe and make correct setup
Start measuring.
Store measurements Select logging interval.
Press STORE for start logging and press STORE again to stop.
Press ENTER to pause auto logging. Press ENTER again to
continue
For manual store set interval 0:00.
Press ENTER for each manual logging.
Viewing logged readings Press RECALL and toggle with ɼ
ɾ.
Cleaning memory Press STORE. The display shows DATA and blinks.
Press STORE for 2 seconds. The display shows CLR.
Press ENTER and all logged readings will be deleted from
memory. It is not possible to delete readings one by one.
Temp. compensation Use the offset option in setup to adjust the thermometers reading
to compensate for errors of a specific probe. Place the probe in a
known, stable temperature environment.. See Chance Offset above
Transfer to PC Connect the instrument with USB cable to PC.
Setup software in the PC.
Press SEND. The display blinks USB when thermometer and PC
are connected. Press SEND to quite.
Battery Replace battery when battery symbol show up on the display.
Turn off the instrument. Loosen the screw and remove the battery
lid. See fig. Replace with 1 pc 9 V 6F22.
Maintenance Cleaning the case with soap and water or mild cleaner.
