The Limitless DeskPad Pro™ is a powered surface mat designed to provide a convenient and organized workspace with integrated wireless charging capabilities.

Function Description

The DeskPad Pro™ serves as a surface mat that can be laid flat on a desk or other desired surface. Its primary function is to provide a stable and clean workspace while also offering a built-in wireless charging pad for compatible devices. The device is powered via a Type-C input and indicates its power status and wireless charging activity through LED lights.

RF Exposure: Meets RF exposure guidelines when used against the head or positioned at least 5mm away from the body. For body-worn operation, a device holder should not contain metal and maintain the stated separation distance.

Usage Features

Setting Up the DeskPad Pro™:

Unroll the DeskPad Pro™ and lay it flat on the desired surface.
Plug the included 36-inch Type-C to USB-A Cable into the Type-C Port (Input) on the mat.
Plug the USB-A end of the cable into a compatible USB port (not included), such as a laptop, computer, or a USB wall adapter.
- Note: When using a USB wall adapter, ensure the port's output does not exceed 9V/1.67A.
Once connected to power, the Blue LED Power Indicator Light will illuminate, indicating the DeskPad Pro™ is ready to use.

Using the Wireless Charger:

With the DeskPad Pro™ connected to power, place your compatible device on top of the Wireless Charging Pad.
The White LED Wireless Charging Indicator Light will illuminate when a successful connection is made and the device begins charging.
Troubleshooting Wireless Charging: If the White LED Wireless Charging Indicator Light is not illuminated or is flashing while attempting to wirelessly charge:
- Check the Wireless Charging Pad for any foreign objects that might obstruct charging.
- Reposition the phone or device on the Wireless Charging Pad until a successful connection is established and the light illuminates steadily.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning the DeskPad Pro™:

Immediately wipe off any spills and liquids from the DeskPad Pro™.
The mat can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
For stubborn stains, use a rag with unscented soap and water.
To dry the mat, wipe it with a dry rag or paper towel.
- Note: It is crucial to keep liquids away from the Wireless Charging Pad. It is recommended to place beverages on the right side of the Surface Mat, opposite the Wireless Charger, to prevent accidental spills on the charging area.

Safety Warnings

The DeskPad Pro™ is not a toy and should be kept away from children.
Do NOT attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the device or its features, as this will void the warranty.
Avoid exposing the DeskPad Pro™ to extreme heat, moisture, water, rain, or snow.
Do NOT use the device if it has been damaged or modified.
Do NOT insert foreign objects into any port or opening, as this may cause electric shock.
Do NOT force connectors into ports; always check for obstructions.
Do NOT clean the device with harsh chemicals, and keep liquids away from the Wireless Charging Pad.
Do NOT paint or apply coatings to the device, as this may affect moving parts or damage internal components.
Only use third-party power supplies or non-approved adapters with the DeskPad Pro™.
If a minor uses the device, the purchasing adult is solely responsible for supervision, instruction, and warnings. The purchaser agrees to indemnify Limitless for any claims or damages arising from unintended use or misuse by a minor.

Warranty Information

Limitless Innovations, Inc. provides a one (1) year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage. This warranty is the consumer's sole and exclusive remedy for express warranty claims.

Exclusions to the Limited Warranty include:

Normal Wear and Tear: Does not cover maintenance, repair, or replacement due to normal wear and tear.
Abuse and Misuse: Does not cover defects or damage from improper operation, storage, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect (including physical damage, cracks, scratches), contact with liquids, extreme humidity, sand, dirt, extreme heat, food, commercial use, abnormal usage, or other acts not solely attributable to the Limitless product.
Unauthorized Service or Modification: Does not cover defects or damages from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification by anyone other than Limitless or its authorized service centers.
Altered Products: Does not cover defects or damages to products with removed, altered, or obliterated serial numbers or date tags; broken seals or evidence of tampering; mismatched board serial numbers; or non-conforming housings or components.
Communication Services: Does not cover defects, damage, or failure due to communication services or signals subscribed to or used with the product or software.

Who is Covered? The warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any third party or subsequent owner.

What will Limitless do? If a claim is subject to the Limited Warranty, Limitless will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price. Replacements may be functionally equivalent reconditioned, refurbished, pre-owned, or new products or parts.

To Make a Claim: Contact the support team at (855) 843-4828 or via email at Support@LimitlessInnovations.com. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before shipping the product. Include a copy of the receipt, a written description of the problem, the service provider's name (if applicable), and your mailing address, email, and telephone number.

Limitations: Any warranty claim is limited to the cost of materials for the product determined to have a manufacturer's defect. Limitless is not liable for labor costs or any other direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages. The performance of the product depends on adherence to manufacturer instructions. Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, expire one year from the date of first purchase.

National Statutory Rights: Consumers may have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods, which are not affected by this Limited Warranty.
