Repair Kits
275382 Upper Plunger and Pivot Kit
Includes new style upper plunger and bushing with all seals
(Items 9, 10a, 10b, 10c,10d) new style wrist pin anchor (Item
13A), new style wrist pin bushings and screws (Items 12a and
11A) and new style cup and backup washer (Items 15a & 14a).
This kit fi ts into old style pumps to repair and upgrade older
units.
275381 Housing Cover Kit
Includes cover screws with gaskets, dipstick with O-ring, hous-
ing cover and housing cover gasket (Items 28, 29, 30a, 30b,
30 and 31).
This kit fi ts olde style pumps wot repair and upgrade older
units.
275188 Pivot Pin and Anchor Kit
Includes Pivot Screw (Item 11), Wrist Pin Bushing (Item 12)
and Spacer. This kit fi ts old style pumps for repair and up-
grade of older units.
275186 Upper Bushing and Plunger Kit
Includes upper plunger with pitted bushing.
For use on new style FlowMaster pumps (use kit 275382 to
repair and upgrade older style pumps.
275187 Lower Bushing and Plunger Kit
Includes lower plunger with fi tted bushing (Item 19a), O-ring
seal (Item 26a) and lower cup seals (Item 21).
This kit fi ts into old style pumps to repair and upgrade older
units.
275193 (5 gal), 275194 (60 lb), 275195 (120 lb) and 275196
(400 lb) Housing Tube Kits.
Includes housing tube (Item 56a), bushing preinstalled in hous-
ing tube (Item 57) and inlet screen (Item 56b).
These kits fi t older style pumps for repair and updating older
units.
