Tests EPROM integrity by summing bytes and comparing to stored value. Failures indicate misprogrammed or faulty EPROM, or connection issues.
Tests EEPROM integrity by writing a bit pattern. Failures indicate microprocessor control line shorts or faulty EEPROM.
Visually inspects all LEDs for proper function, timing, and absence of flickering or shorts.
Tests potentiometers and switches by observing corresponding LED behavior. Checks for sequential lighting and proper response to plugs/unplugs.
Tests A/D pedal values and serial communication visually. Checks for proper response and serial port functionality.
Tests audio output functionality and main volume knob operation during Test Mode.
