  If the bed cannot be adjusted using the position buttons, first ensure that you have pressed the GO button. Another cause might be that the function is disabled on the supervisor panel; in this case, enable the disabled function. Also, check the mains connection. If the drive motors have no power, are defective, or the battery is defective, notify the service department. Ensure the mains plug is correctly inserted. For a faulty power source or control element, notify the service department.
