Q : The camera doesn't respond and I can't see any images?
A : Check network connectivity on the device (solid blue light) and
whether your router is enabled and in a signal area. If not, reset
your device and add it again.
Q : Why is it still in the list of devices after reset?
A : This device only resets the network configuration of the
camera, but cannot change the configuration on the app. Remove
the camera from the app by clicking on the device and the device
option, then "Remove Device".
Q : How do I change the network to a new router?
A : First, remove and reset the device on the app and then
configure the device again with the app.
Q : Why doesn't the device recognize the Micro SD card?
A : It is recommended to insert the Micro SD card with the power
switched off. Make sure that the card is in the right direction and
that it is formatted in FAT32. The device supports a Micro SD card
of up to 128GB.
Q : Why can't I receive notifications on my app?
A : Please confirm that the application is still running on your
mobile device. (Application refresh in the background must be
enabled). Make sure that the notification settings are enabled in
the "Application Settings" menu. In addition, the detection
settings can be activated in the "Settings / Infrared sensor switch"
menu of the connected outdoor camera settings.
