If the scanned data does not contain enough characters to match the product key
length parameter (see ‘Configure communication settings’ on page 4), a warning
message is displayed.

Check the communication settings to resolve any problems.
3 Scan the required barcode again to verify that the data matches. If the data in the
Input 1 and Input 2 text boxes matches, the data in both fields is highlighted in
green.
