Attach the steel base to the side structures using flat-head screws.
Snap the end panels onto the pins on the side structures.
Slide the four support sections into the grooves in the side structures.
Snap the two top structures onto the pins on the side structures.
Press the lamp housing tabs into the gap and feed the wires into the structure.
Route wires through support sections, down side structures, and through the base.
Attach the bridge to the rock piers using four round-head screws.
Connect the bridge wires to the power supply or Lionel Lockon terminals.
