Access programming switches and battery by removing the end cap from the tank car.
Connect a 9V battery to the electronics sled and push it back into the tank cylinder.
Set the Mode switch to 'PROG' to assign a new ID# to the tank car for control.
Replace end cap correctly, mating locking pins, and secure handrail and placard.
Operate tank car using LEGACY Command Base and CAB-2 Controller.
Address the tank car by pressing ENG, then 1, to initiate sound system startup.
