  If the Livox Industrial Equipment LiDAR sensor cannot be detected, ensure all cables are correctly wired. Verify that the power supply voltage is suitable, between 9 V and 27 V. Ensure the LiDAR sensor isn't connected to other software and that both the sensor and host computer are on the same LAN. Check for security software blocking Ethernet broadcasts. If the problem continues, disable firewalls, restart Livox Viewer 2, and try again. Use another application like Wireshark to confirm the packet outputs of all connected devices.
