STEP 12. Check the handing of the door as per below image & adjust the latch handing as required.

lift the latch shifting plate to allow the latch to completely push into the
mortice body.
Rotate the latch 180 degrees and guide the latch back out of the mortice
body to its normal position.
It is not necessary to remove the face plate to change latch handing.
STEP 13. Check the handing of the door as per below image & adjust the latch handing as required.
According to your opening direction, loosen the screw inside the hanle with a Phillips screw driver and
pull out the handle, then turn to the correct direction that you want, then fix the screw inside the handle.
