1 Make sure the supplied USB Combo (Y) Cable and
Power Adapter is plugged into the Base Station’s
USB-C port labeled 5V DC and outlined in red.
Theproduct will not function without dedicated
external power.
2 Insert USB-A plug on the Y-Cable (labeled PC)
intoone of the USB-A ports on the PC.
• Though not strictly necessary, it is recommend
A50 X is connected to a USB-A port rated for USB
3.0 SuperSpeed or higher. These are commonly
colored Blue though not always thecase.
Pleaseconsult your device’s user manual.
• To avoid instability, spotty connection, or USB
resource warning message, please make sure
A50 X is connected directly to the PC’s USB ports.
Itisnot recommended for A50 X to be connected
through a USB HUB, KVM Switch, oranother
intermediary peripheral/accessory.
