4. Click Continue and follow the onscreen instructions.
Once the firmware update is complete, you'll see a window letting you know the update
was successful.
NOTE: If the firmware update process is interrupted for any reason, the update may fail. In that
case, please hard reset the headset by inserting a sim ejector tool in the reset button for two
seconds until the green light blinks. The reset button can be found under the left earpad.
