Why are my Logitech Computer Accessories keyboard and mouse not working?

If your Logitech keyboard and mouse aren't working, there might be a few reasons. First, ensure the USB connection is secure and try a different USB port. Then, bring the keyboard and mouse closer to the Unifying receiver or use the receiver extender cable. Also, verify the batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient power. For the mouse, make sure it's turned on using the On/Off switch at the bottom; the Battery LED should light green for 10 seconds.
