II.BATTERY(battery frame inside)
Use a battery rated at 12V,9Ah(for 3800D-F or less) and 14Ah(for 5000D-F or more)

1. Remove filler cap strip(where fitted)(Fig.1)from bottle,to expose silver sealed foils,do
not remove the silver foils.
(Note:the bottle contains the exact amount of acid for the battery)
2. Line up the neck of the bottle with the battery filling holes(Fig.2)
3. Push bottle down into the holes piercing the seals and allowing electrolyte to flow into
battery
4. When all the fluid has drained into the battery remove empty bottle and firmly press
the sealer cap into position over battery vent holes(Fig.3)
Battery frame
1. Connect the starter cable to the battery positive(+) terminal first,then connect the
ground cable to the negative(-) terminal.When disconnecting,disconnect at the
battery negative (-) terminal first.
2. Set the battery on the battery frame.
3. Install the battery setting on the battery frame and secure with the bolt battery setting.
