Remove piston
Remove circlip of piston pin by pliers
Caution: No circlip drop into crankcase is allowed
Press piston pin out of piston, and then remove
the piston.
Piston/Piston rings’ check
Measure clearance between piston rings and their
grooves by thickness gauge A.

Remove piston ring
Caution：No damage to piston rings
during disassembling is allowed
Insert each piston ring into cylinder and measure
