Condensation Notice
Q2: The camera turns off automatically.
A: (1) Please check if you put the memory card? (2) There’s a 3 minute
energy efficient detection, if the camera stays static for 3 minutes, it will
automatically turn off to save power.
Q3: Update the Firmware of the camera.
A: If there’s any new firmware available, (1) we will put it on our website,
and you can download it from our website. (2) You can update the FW by
using the Lookingcam APP.
Q4: Set the date & time.
A: When you connect to WIFI, this will auto update, you don’t need to do
any setting manually.
1. Due to the good sealing of LOOKING camera, there is no leakage for air
to flow in or out. It is normal that the condensation forms on the lens case
when drastic changes in temperature or humidity occurs.
You may twist open one side of the lens case to let the condensation
dissipate.
2. Remember to fasten the case back to avoid any future moisture damage.
3. The machine has completed internal moisture removal before leaving the
factory. Condensation won't affect machine function.
