Why does smoke enter the room when I reload my Lopi Sheffield?

  Smoke may enter the room while reloading your Lopi Wood stove if the air isn't stable before you fully open the door or if there is insufficient draft. To address this, push the air control in before opening the door, then open the door approximately 1 inch to allow air to enter the firebox for a few seconds. If the smoke consistently flows up the chimney, you can then fully open the door. If the draft is insufficient, adding more pipe or a draft-inducing cap may help.
