Measure Voltages at ASH1 PCU Faceplate
1. Condition DMM to measure volts DC.
2. On
PCU
faceplate, connect DMM test leads to
GND
jack and
+5
jack.
3. Does DMM indicate between 4.6 and 5.4 volts?
If
YES,
then continue with Step
4.
If
NO,
then proceed to Step
8.
4. On
PCU
faceplate, connect DMM test leads to
GND
jack and −
5
jack.
5. Does DMM indicate between −4.6 and −5.4 volts?
If
YES,
then continue with Step
6.
If
NO,
then proceed to Step
8.
6. On
PCU
faceplate, connect DMM test leads to
GND
jack and −
37
jack.
7. Does DMM indicate between −34 and −40 volts?
If
YES,
then proceed to Step
9.
If
NO,
then continue with Step
8.
8. Inspect, repair, and/or replace the following items in the order listed until the
correct voltage reading is obtained:
•
ASH1 PCU
• Wiring between
PCU
and DT transformer for 900A1 DT
• Wiring between DT
PCU
s and power interface for 900A2 or 900A3 DTs
•
AYB1B OU
•
ASJ1 or ASJ2 CU
• DT.
