Acceptance
The conversion acceptance procedures are used to verify the preconversion
activities have been completed before the RT end is converted.
1. Verify that the RT channel bank is compatible with the new fea-
ture package as follows:
• The J1C182AB bank assembly will support FPA, FPB, and
FPC. It will not support FPD, FTTH, or E&M lead applica-
tions.
• The J1C182AE bank assembly will support FPA, FPB, FPC,
FPD, and FTTH. It will not support E&M lead applications.
• The J1C182AF bank assembly will support FPA, FPB, FPC,
FPD, and FTTH. It does support E&M lead applications.
2. Verify that any preconversion activities have been done as fol-
lows:
• New digital facilities have been tested.
• Any required customer service grooming has been done.
• Office-to-office testing (if required) has been done.
• The RT system does not have any alarm conditions.
