CHANGE DRIVE BELTS
Always replace too long, damaged or worn belts with new original drive belts.
1. Remove the belt cover.
2. Loosen the four screws on the motor.
4. Move the motor until the drive belt has to be removed without any problems.
5. Place a new drive belt on.
6. Tighten the drive belt, moving the motor until you can push the belt through 10 mm.
7. Make sure that the drive and motor wedge pulleys are cursing.
8. Tighten the screws on the motor again.
9. Reattach the belt cover.
The clamping screw can also be used for fine-tuning and reloading of the drive belt.
Only put the machine into operation if all protective and safety devices are
mounted in protective position and are functional.
BRAKE SETTING
Make a rough adjustment of the brake pressure as follows:
Adjust the brake rope attachment according to the pulling force on the handle of the parking brake.
