Connecting and Charging
Your Luminance RED is engineered for safe use in the bathroom and
elsewhere around your home.
When the battery power is too low, it will beep 3 times and
automatically power o.

Plug the charging base (charger) into an electrical outlet. When it is
plugged in correctly, the light will turn green and flash red.

Place the Luminance RED into the base with the digital timer facing
towards you.

When the device is charging correctly, the indicator light on the
charger will turn red.

Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will turn from
red to green. This usually takes between 3 and 4 hours.
For everyday use, the device can be stored on the charging
unit to maintain full power. You can’t overcharge it.
However, for environmental reasons, Luminance
Medical recommends unplugging the charging
unit until the next recharge is required.
To maintain the maximum capacity of
the rechargeable battery, unplug the
charging unit and fully discharge
the battery with regular use at
least once every 6 months.
