Mögliche Fehlerursache
d. Kaltleiterauswertung im Servoregler
defekt.
Abhilfe
Auswertung wie folgt überprüfen:
- Überprüfen ob Drehzahlsollwerte auf 0
stehen!
- Buchse 14 und 15 in Steckvorrichtung
X11 überbrücken.
- Fehler quittieren.
- => läßt sich der Fehler nicht quittieren,
ist die Auswertung im Servoregler
defekt.
6 LED 6 blinkt Kurzschluß / Erdschluß
Überstrom und Übertemperatur werden
überwacht. Bei einer Fehlermeldung wird die
Betriebsbereitschaft unterbrochen.
Mögliche Fehlerursache
a. Es liegt ein Kurz- oder Erdschluß im
Motor, in der Motorleitung oder im
Verstärkermodul vor.
Abhilfe
- Motor abklemmen und
- Motorwicklung messen.
- Mit einem Kurbelinduktor oder
einem ähnliche Gerät den
Widerstand gegen das Motor-
gehäuse ermitteln.
- Motorleitung am Servoregler
abklemmen.
Servoregler einschalten.
- Wird Erd-/Kurzschluß über LED 6
gemeldet, liegt ein Defekt im Servo-
regler vor.
=> Regler zur Überprüfung an den
LUST DriveTronics-Kundendienst schicken,
Kundendienstadresse siehe Kap. 13.

d. Übertemperatur in der Endstufe
Abhilfe
- Servoregler abkühlen lassen
- Belastung und Nenndaten überprüfen
- Freiraum an den Lüftungsschlitzen
Possible cause
d. Defective posistor evaluation in the servo-
regulator
Remedy
Check the evalution as follows:
-Check whether the speed setpoints are in
position 0
-Bridge the bushing 14 + 15 in the plug unit
X11;
-acknowledge fault
- => if fault cannot be acknowledged,
the evaluation in the regulator is defective
6 LED 6 flashes Short-circuit / short to
ground
Overcurrent and overtemperature are monitored. With
fault signal the readiness for operation is interrupted
Possible cause
a. Short-circuit or short to ground in the
motor, in the motor cable or in the
amplifier module
Remedy
-Disconnect the motor and
-measure the motor winding.
-Detect the resistance against the
motor housing by means of a hand
generator or a similar device.
-Disconnect the motor cable at the
amplifier module.
-Engage the servo.
-If short-circuit/short to ground is signalized
via LED 6, the servoregulator is defective.
=>ship the regulator to LUST DriveTronics for
inspection, see chap. 13.
Possible cause
b. Overtemperature in the output stage
Remedy
- Let the amplifier module cool down;
- check the load and nom. data;
- check the free space at the ventilation slots
