Symptoms: Please be ready to describe the symptoms to the best of your abilities
(crackle, stuck notes, jitter, etc.) and whether or not they are consistent (Do they happen
at the same place at the same time —each time? Etc.). You may also want to note when
you started experiencing these problems and whether it was related to any specific
incident or not.
