Check that the cord is properly plugged in and that
there is power in the area where you live.
Close the water taps, disconnect the hoses
and clean the filters.
Check to see if you have any other tap
open and close it.
If you have a cold water supply, use a Y-type
adaptador to the tap outlet and connect the
two hoses to the washing machine as indicated
in the filling hose section of this manual.
Check if the display shows an E3 failure code and
if the indicator lights are flashing, go to the
failure code section.
To drain the water you can use the “extra spin”
cycle.
If you want a particular wash cycle to carry out
the Heavy Duty program, follow these steps:
First select the wash cycle, then select the
heavy duty option with the personal touch
button and finally press the start button.
The noise you hear is normal and inherent in the
operation of the washing machine.
Your washing machine has leveling legs and
you can adjust the height of each one to level it;
restart once your washing machine is leveled.
Remove the object to unblock the lid lock and
close the lid.
It is disconnected or there
is no power.
The hoses are twisted or
obstructed.
The filters of the entry valve
are blocked.
You only connected the
cold water hose.
The draining hose is twisted
or obstructed.
It has not finished draining
the water or has not
spinned the clothes.
In the soak cycle, the
washing machine does not
drain the water. This is
normal.
Only the TOWELS/SHEETS,
EXPRESS WASH, COLOR and
BEDSPREAD cycles carry
out the heavy duty
program because they are
defined this way.
The washing machine
makes a “clac clac” impact
noise.
You hear a gurgling noise
during the draining cycle
(spin).
Your washing machine is
not leveled.
An object could be blocking
the lid lock.
