7. Insert a suitable tool (e. g. screwdriver) through the location hole (19a) of the
blade guard (19) (Fig. 12, step 4).
8. Rotate the blade plate (15) carefully (Fig. 12, step 5) until the tool goes through
with the location hole (15a) on the blade plate (15). Ensure the spindle (18) is
securely locked in place.

9. Keep the spindle (18) locked and loosen the locking bolt (16a) anti-clockwise
using the delivered hex key (22) (Fig. 13, step 1) and remove it together with
the cutting blade (16) and the washer (16b) (Fig. 13, step 1).
NOTE: The cutting blade (16) can be used from two sides. For the
rst replacement turn the cutting blade (16) vertically 180° and re-t it.
If both sides of a cutting blade (16) are worn out, replace with a new
cutting blade (16).
10. Check the status of the blade plate (15) onto the spindle (18) rstly, then
attach the cutting blade (16) onto the blade plate (15).
11. Attach the washer (16b) on the
locking bolt (16a), then screw the
locking bolt (16a) clockwise into the
thread of the spindle (18) properly.
Keep the spindle (18) locked
and tighten the locking bolt (16a)
clockwise to ensure safe operation of
your product (Fig. 13, step 3). Do not
overtighten.
12. Remove the tool from the location
holes (15a, 19a) from the blade
plate (15) and the blade guard (19)
afterwards (Fig. 13, step 4).

13. Lubricate the cutting blade (16) after each use to prolong the life span of
cutting blade and product. Apply light machine oil along the edge of the
cutting blade.
