l Cleaning
It is recommended to handle your NEVIS with care and thoroughly clean it
carefully with MACCHIAVALLEY clean Products on a regular basis to ensure
its longer life.
To achieve this, please proceed as follows:
1. Select “MENU” in the bottom-left corner.
2. Enter the Owner code 1122 and confirm by
pressing “OK”.
3. Select “Cleaning” in the main menu.
Now several options are available:
Milk Cleaning - clean the milk system
Coffee Cleaning - clean the coffee system
Decalcify - decalcify the system
Logiclean - combination of cleaning and descaling the
coffee system
