Saving engergy
l The appliance should be switched off when not in use.
l Set the interval for the activation of stand-by mode to the smallest
value.
l If possible, do not prematurely interrupt the pouring of coffee or milk,
as this may result in higher energy consumption and a quicker filling of
the drip tray.
l Scale deposits lead to higher energy consumption. Descale the
appliance on a regular basis as required and whenever it is necessary.
Transport
If you want to transport the Machine, please do first the Antifrost-Function
and clear all Containers (Bean containers, Drip tray, Water tank, Pulp-
container) to prevent a undesired exposure of Water, Beans and Pulp.
You will find the Antifrost-Function in the Menu -> Rinsing -> Antifrost
Storage
In order to store the Nevis properly, please proceed like at the Transport.
In addition please clean the Brewing unit.
Afterwards clear the System with the Antifrost-Function under Menu ->
Rinsing -> Antifrost
