If NEVIS has not been used in more than one day, you can run the
appliance in the “Flush” mode to optimize the system.
Coffee rinsing - rinse the coffee system
Milk rinsing - rinse the milk system
Antifrost - drain the system
NEVIS will do the job for you and carry out each of these submenu tasks
while leading you through the whole process by means of prompts.
You can use the Antifrost feature if the appliance has not been in use for
an extended period of time, e.g. during transit or while you are on
vacation.
l AquaViva
AquaViva water treatment agent (100 l) is supplied with your welcome kit.
It is designed to mineralize the water you use to operate your NEVIS
appliance, avoid unpleasant tastes and prevent limescale from building in
the machine.
