Summary

Smart Controller Initial Setup

Download and Install e Smart Home App

Download the "e Smart Home" application from the App Store or Google Play.

Connect to Network and Create Account

Ensure mobile device is connected to home network, open app, create account or login.

Power Up and Reset Smart Controller

Plug in the Smart Controller; ensure the blue light flashes rapidly or use reset button.

Add Device to App and Configure

Click "Add a device", select V2, enter Wi-Fi credentials, and click Configure.

Manage Device Name and Icon

Access device list, press/hold to edit name, icon, or delete the controller.

Update Controller Firmware

Navigate to Settings and select "Check new version" to update firmware.

Pairing and Customizing Remotes

Pair Controller with Motors and Receivers

Select "Add Remote", search "MaestroShield", and choose a template to pair.

Create Custom Remote Controls

Click "Add Remote", choose "User-Defined", and select sorting options.

Add and Program Buttons to Remotes

Use "Sort-Add" to add buttons, change icons, and program them using the learn function.

Test Button Functionality

Use the "Test" button to verify if a programmed button controls the device correctly.

Creating and Managing Scenes

Create a Scene

Click "+", select "Add Scene", and choose a control to start building the scene.

Configure Scene Actions and Intervals

Describe actions, confirm them, and adjust time intervals between commands.

Name and Execute Scenes

Name the scene, click to execute commands, and press/hold to edit or delete.
